На Приморье, возле Театра юного зрителя находится памятник воинам - интернационалистам Черный тюльпан. Капли воды, как слезы, сочатся по красному мрамору и черному металлическому цветку. Ежегодно в феврале возле памятника проводится митинг, посвященный памяти погибших в Афганистане и других горячих точках.
