Памятник-ансамбль Героям Сталинградской битвы на Мамаевом кургане имеет мировую известность, это самый посещаемый памятник в стране. Двести дней и ночей длилась Сталинградская битва, из них около 140 суток не смолкали бои за главную высоту России - Мамаев курган. Не случайно именно здесь был воздвигнут величественный монумент "Родина-мать зовет!". Многочисленные туристы и посетители, ежегодно бывающие на мемориале, не остаются равнодушными к священной памяти героических защитников Сталинграда.
